Just Rentals Dubai – Location In Focus
The Palm Island Dubai ? officially named the Palm Jumeirah ? needs little introduction. It is famous the world over as Dubai?s flagship property development, home to the rich and famous, home to the Atlantis Hotel and home to some of the most desirable residential buildings in the world!
A massive feat of engineering, the Palm Island is a man-made island in the shape of a Palm tree stretching out some 5 kilometres into the Arabia Gulf. It has been open to residents now for almost 3 years and a lot of changes have taken place since the first lucky residents on this amazing island moved in.
Just Rentals Dubai caught up with some recent tenants who had moved onto the Palm Island having found their dream rental property through the Just Rentals Dubai portal.
Conrad Robert ? originally from the UK – recently rented a 1-bed in the Palm Jumeirah Shoreline Apartments through one of the Just Rentals Dubai registered Agents and is already enjoying the Palm life to the full. ?I love the private beaches and amenities available on my doorstep? he said. ?So many things have opened up recently; I hardly feel I have to leave the Palm. The community feeling is also very good and it?s a great place to come home to after a long day at work. My favourite thing is to hit the gym and pool as often as possible to unwind in the evenings.?
Other popular developments along the Palm Island trunk are the Tiara Residences Dubai ? which have been open now for a good few months ? along with the Palm Golden Mile. Both developments offer luxury living in top-of-the-range apartments. The Golden Mile offers large and spacious apartments finished to a very high standard, whilst the Tiara Residences offer a very impressive resort-style living experience with a huge infinity pool and private beach.
Recent additions to the Palm Jumeirah trunk are more convenience mini-markets along the Shoreline apartments, Costa Coffee outlets, Milk and Honey boutique supermarket, Chocolate Gents Salon, interior designer shops, a photo studio and a florists called Bliss.
There are also a number of restaurants and bars open to residents and the wider public. So far the list includes an up-market Indian restaurant ? Veda Pavilion ? an Aussie themed bar Bidi Bondi, a South American beach club Cabana, a fine-dining restaurant Barca Club and Gusto a world cuisine restaurant and bar.
Of course, in addition to the above bars and restaurants along the Palm Trunk, there is also the plethora of restaurants and bars available at the world famous Atlantis Resort. These include the popular beach club and bar Nasimi, the Sanctuary night-club (which welcomed Kylie Minogue and a number of other Hollywood stars on opening night!), Rostang French Brasserie and Nobu’s.
With more hotels and new residential developments opening in 2010 (including Oceana Residences, the Fairmont Residences, the Palm Jumeirah Marina Residences, and the Emerald Residences on the Palm Crescent), the iconic Palm Island is really starting to take shape and as such this location still remains the most popular place for rental apartments and rental villas in Dubai.
