Dubai rents become affordable

Rents in Dubai have fallen hugely recently by as much as 50% over the last few months. Residents now find rents more affordable. The payment terms on rents have improved as well with one upfront cheque for rent payment no longer the norm. 

Better Lifestyle in Reach

Residents are moving or upgrading their accommodation and enjoying a higher standard of living. Over 2008, rent payments made up over 50% of a person's monthly income. However, with rents cheaper, Dubai is more affordable and more attractive to would-be residents. 

Luxury areas such as the Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina are at the same price as areas such as Discovery Gardens were a year ago. This has meant that the Dubai dream of luxury, sun, sand and sea can be enjoyed my many - for those who still have stable jobs.
