Phase 1 Apartments handed over in June 2009

The first phase of the Golden Mile has already been handed over. Residents have started moving in. The Palm Golden Mile is developed by IFA and is of a high quality standard. On our inspection, we found the apartments to be the most generous in size for their respective types with 1 bedroom apartments over 1,350 sq ft and 2 bedrooms over 1,850 sq ft. 

The second phase is due to be handed over in September 2009.

Cheaper Rents

Rents are approximately 20% cheaper compared to the Palm Shoreline Apartments due to not having beach access. However, beach access will eventually be available through the Fairmont hotel which is due to complete early 2010. However, residents are attracted by the superb finishes in the apartments and the location of being on the Palm. 

Shops to open soon

The Golden Mile will soon have luxury shops and cafes. A park will be placed below the monoral in the space between the Shoreline apartments and the Golden Mile apartments. Completion of the park is expected late 2009 to early 2010.
